A MLC Day Prayer

Lord God, heavenly Father, you see our MLC students growing to young adulthood in an uncertain and confusing world.  Send your Holy Spirit into their hearts through your Word that they may grow in grace and wisdom.  Give them strength to resist temptation and courage to meet the challenges of college life.  Enable them to make friendships that reinforce their Christian faith and values.  In the face of worldly temptations, show them the joy and value of following you into full time ministry. Make their unique gifts and youthful vitality a blessing to their families, to your Church and to all others their lives may touch, through Jesus Christ your Son, our Lord. Amen.

Our heavenly Father thank you for watching over our granddaughter Becca Doering during her years at MLC. Please continue your guidance as she takes the call you have prepared for her. Romans 8:32

Heavenly Father we pray for your guidance for our Granddaughter Cassie Doering. Thank you for guiding Cassie at MLC and please be with her in the call you have prepared for her. Colossians 2:7.

Our Heavenly Father we pray for our granddaughter Allison Boggs. Thank you for guiding Alli through her years at MLC. Please be with her as she fulfills the teaching call you have chosen for her. Proverbs 3:5-6.

Dear Great and Glorious God,
We thank you for the ministry we have in your name and the solid Christian education you give your servants through MLC.  As we are unsure of what the future may bring, we are certain that the truths you share with us in your word will never change.  As these graduates look forward to sharing the unchanging truths of scripture, in ministry, be with them and those who they will be serving. Please encourage more servant hearts to be guided to study for full-time ministry. Help us glorify you in all things.  In your will and Jesus name. Amen

Gracious heavenly Father, I come to you with thanksgiving for bringing these young servants into your harvest field.  We know that we are one generation away from those who would not know your son.  Therefore, salvation would be lost to many souls.  I ask that you bless the work these graduates will demonstrate to save those you have chosen.  In your son’s name we bow before you.  Amen

Dear Father,
Because of Jesus, we boldly come before you and ask your blessing on the Class of 2020. You have given them the task that angels long to do. What a privilege! Send your Holy Spirit to comfort their fears and to give them the strength that they need each day. As they have been a blessing to the MLC Campus Family, may they be a blessing to all whose lives they touch.

Thank you Lord for young people who continue to give their lives in sevice to the gospel ministry of the Church. Strengthen their faith and stand along side them as the step forward in a world that desperately needs to hear about Jesus!

We trust all of the students that are in your care will further their purpose you have for them. Father keep them ever ready to spread the gospel truth of your saving grace wherever they may be led throughout their lives.
